Françoise-Romaine Ouellette

Honorary professor, National Institut of Scientific Research

Françoise-Romaine Ouellette, Ph.D., is an honorary professor at the National Institut of Scientific Research. As an anthropologist (Ph.D. University of Montreal, 1988) she is very interested in modern familly transformation and the evolution of kinship ties in Western countries. For over 25 years, her research has focused on the experience of international and foster care adoptions and on the evolution of the legal and legislative context in Quebec and around the world.
